Standard Equipment:
- Standard Plumbing Arrangement is piped to both sides with separate manual valves and furnished with solid stainless steel blow-downs for each manual valve, piped to top unit for improved safety
- Bolted Aluminum Anti-surge Baffles, standard on our trailers, are attached with heavy-duty steel plates on welded pads, providing the strongest yet lightest interior baffle systems available

- A Complete Tank Trailer Repair Service – our services include all NDA examinations NDE testing, hydrostatic testing, calibration, ASME welding and alterations, sandblasting, and painting
- 14,550 USWG East Coast Special Compressed Gas Trailer with tri-axle suspension to take advantage of increased weight laws that allow bigger payloads in several states
- 17,750 USWG Compressed Gas Trailer equipped with six axles to allow huge payloads under Michigan’s high gross weight limits
- 5,600 USWG Insulated Co2 Trailer with optional stainless steel jacket. Custom-built units are available in various sizes with a host of options, including self-unloading systems, metering systems, various running gears, custom painting and much more
- 5,100 USWG Refrigerant Gas Trailer equipped with multi-voltage electrically driven uploading system, micro-filtering system, and inert gas purge upon delivery
- Certification – All transports are designed and constructed in accordance with United States Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration regulations and the ASME Code. We are registered with DOT for the design, construction, testing and repair of MC-331 trailers and maintain U and R ASME certificates

Bobtails
Mississippi Tank Company bobtails are designed and built by our skilled craftsmen using the latest technology and quality materials. We include thoughtful options such as center console boxes, bucket holders, hose reel options, and so much more because we’re propane people, and we understand the features that make a big difference.
Our bobtails are available in standard or drop deck design. Drop deck designs feature a one-piece deck and replaceable one-piece fenders. Decks are available in steel or stainless, and aluminum covers are optional.
Standard sizes from 1,200 U.S. Water Gallons (USWG) to 8,500 USWG are available, with the option to custom build a bobtail delivery unit that can be built on customer-supplied chassis, or let us offer preferred pricing on your chassis needs.

Bulk Storage
Mississippi Tank Company manufacturers a large variety of sizes from 6,585 U.S. Water Gallons (USWG) up to 120,000 USWG for bulk storage of propane, chlorine, anhydrous ammonia (NH3), natural gas liquids (NGL) and other chemicals and compressed gasses.
Onsite stress relieving (PWHT) allows us to provide large tanks for severe service applications at extremely competitive pricing and lead times.
The exterior of our standard bulk storage tanks are power tool cleaned and finished with one coat of Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646. Our standard underground tanks are blasted and coated with 16 mils DFT of Sherwin Williams Targaurd Coal Tar Epoxy. Other paint systems and options can be provided at the request of the customer.
