Our skilled craftsmen can overlay nozzles
as small as 2 inches in diameter, as shown in this cutaway section.
Our 18' x 18' x 100' heat treating oven
featuring Honeywell fully automated instrumentation.
Our huge welding positioner allows hemispherical
heads to be automatically welded both inside and outside to assure quality
seams. Hemispherical heads of carbon or alloy steel are x-rayed, heat
treated, magnetic particle inspected and grit blasted.
Using our 350-ton hydraulic press, hemispherical
heads to 156" in diameter and up to 1-1/2" thick
are fabricated.
Our modern 24' X 100' x 22' paint
facility is in full compliance with all OSHA and EPA standards which features
heated make-up air for precise control and heat curing. Motorized lifts
along with both conventional and Mattson Autopilot proportioning paint
spray systems insure superior paint jobs.
